Shipping Policy

Which locations do you ship to?

We ship products to almost all the locations in Australia. For New Zealand customers, please contact our office on info@aromamagic.com.au with your order and we will get back to you with the shipping cost. We use services of some of the leading courier companies in Australia.

 

How much time does it take to receive an order?

We start the shipping process in about 4-6 days’ time excluding Sundays and holidays. For urgent shipping requirements you can contact us on  info@aromamagic.com.au 

It is ensured that fresh products are shipped.

 

How do I know the status of my order?

You can access the latest status of our order through ‘ Order History’ tab on your account page on the online store page.

 

My order has been shipped. How do I track the shipment?

Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email with the details of the courier company and the tracking number. You can track the status of the order with these details.

 

My order is shown to be shipped through multiple shipments. Why is that?

Yes, it is possible and is perfectly normal. We may store different products in your order at different location and may ship these through different shipments. You will be advised through email as various products in your order are shipped.

 

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

Yes, there are shipping charges. For shipping within Australia, orders under $65.00 flat shipping charge of $5.00 is applicable. For orders above $65.00 shipping is free.
